Happy birthday Anna/ NOLA Recap

UPDATE: Meant to post this in May. I’m not sure what happened!! Last night I went to The Blog Bloc event where the topic was “content”. I heard the comment “how many posts do you have in your drafts?”, and it got me thinking about my blog. This post about Anna’s birthday and New Orleans was in my drafts. I decided to post it today!

Here’s what I wrote on May 18: Today is Anna’s birthday (okay, now Yesterday, May 18)! You may have seen Anna all over my website/Instagram. She’s my partner in life/crime, my muse, my best friend, and my #1 companion! I love her loads. Today she turns 28! 28 is great! WOO! I was thinking about what photo to post of her today, and realized my recent favorite pics of her were shots from New Orleans last month. Since I hadn’t shared our New Orleans trip yet, I decided to post a bunch of pics from that trip! 

I love traveling with Anna! She is easy going, fun, and likes to adventure. She actually got me tickets to NOLA for my 29th birthday (almost a year ago), and it was great to finally go in April. 

We stayed at the Hotel St Pierre on Burgundy St. in the French Quarter from April 11-15! We arrived on a warm Tuesday afternoon and had the evening to wander around. 

……. Someday I’ll have to do an extended post of what we did on that trip, but for now you can see it in photos!!
